Cisco Router - I'm sick of the Saga
I finally got around of finding a network module for the freaking router. It should be here in a couple of days and then we'll see if I can finally use the 2nd IP of my cable account. I ended getting a Cisco-NM4E from Ebay for $120 (including shipping). I couldn't beleive that some places wanted anywhere from $300 to $700 for the same thing - freaking enterprise pricing - it's rediculous (especailly after I payed $130 for the router itself).

I think you're going to end up getting a WRT54g with dd-wrt installed :). Hopefully you will be able to re-ebay all of this Cisco junk you've bought :).
I've put too much into it to give up now :-)
I have the WRT54G, it's not flexible enough - the ACLs are pretty limited. What is "dd-wrt"? I could install a linux firmware on the thing, maybe that would help. I should look into that.
