There is really not much to installing it. I un-installed the version I had installed just to test it, downloaded the one that I have posted here, double-click the file, it opens in the extension manager and it says it's installed successfully. I am using Dreamweaver CS3 ( version 9 build 3481). Maybe the exact version/build of Dreamweaver matters but that's the only thing I can think of.
